How well the system did over a full year of out-of-sample testing at all 14 sites, including the parts that did not work. Every figure is read from the saved result files.

Data: USGS continuous water-quality observations (public); weather experiments use Open-Meteo. Replay shows real model output for the last 30 days of data; models were trained on data before and their interval and probability calibration used the following year, which includes this replay window. Live mode asks the deployed API for current USGS readings and answers from the weather-free boosting model (live weather is switched off, so live numbers are not the weather-aware replay numbers); the free server sleeps when idle, so the first load can take a minute. Forecasts support a human decision and are not a compliance tool. Slow sensor drift is not detected. Source, model card and methods on GitHub.
